10 reasons why self-reflection is important to yourself
Self-reflection can be part of the mental state (PM) because it can be reflected in your highly conscious thoughts, feelings, and emotions to learn more about yourself.
It is an important aspect of your thinking. It enables you to accomplish what you have achieved so far, and can change your behavior or promote your current behavior. The important thing is whether you are satisfied with yourself and what can bring change or encourage you now.
